Atlassian support is fast and responsive, but none of their personnel is actually in Hong Kong. We understand Hong Kong culture and needs, and we can diagnose your issue onsite and help you face-to-face.
Our short term onsite staffing program is exactly what it sounds like. We provide a temporary staff member to administrate Jira for you and help your company’s transition. For this period of time, they can be considered your employee in terms of non-compete and intellectual property laws, but will be on our payroll.
This program exists to help you speed up your adoption of Jira and other Atlassian products. Our implementation strategy and training do a lot, but if you feel your company still requires someone to hold the reigns, we can provide you a short term solution until you find a permanent member.
